Differential Thailand has released the results of its second annual 2026 Thailand Body and Paint Customer Experience Index (BPCXI) Study?. Following the inaugural 2025 study, the 2026 results reveal that industry-wide customer satisfaction with authorized body and paint repair services has declined, falling 7 points to 893 out of 1,000. The downturn is driven not by amenities or accessibility — which have actually improved — but by erosion in the core fundamentals of the repair experience itself
