Krungsri supports customers to expand business opportunities through 'Krungsri Business Link' online platform

Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) launches 'Krungsri Business Link', a new online platform, to provide business matching services to the business customers of Krungsri and its partner banks across ASEAN. It will be a space for customers to offer their products and services which will enhance the opportunities for trading, new product launches, and easy and convenient search for new online business partners. At the same time, it also highlights the strength of reliable networks of the Bank, MUFG, and partner banks in ASEAN. This is consistent with the Bank's key strategic direction of being a trusted partner for customers according to the 2021-2023 Medium-Term Business Plan.

The new online platform 'Krungsri Business Link' has been introduced to Krungsri business customers in 2022. It was initially used on a trial basis by the Bank's customers in order to gather customer feedback for improvements to ensure that the platform development guidelines correspond exactly to customers' business needs. 'Krungsri Business Link' is now available for interested businesses to use the services free of charge, provided that they are legally registered juristic persons which are customers of the Bank and MUFG's partner banks.

Miss Duangkamol Limpuangthip, Krungsri Head of SME Banking Group, said, "Krungsri is fully committed to supporting the business of our customers by offering financial services, providing knowledge, and engaging in the activities that foster the business growth of customers in order to drive Krungsri beyond a financial institution. During the COVID-19 pandemic which has still been affecting the business operations of our customers, Krungsri has continued to support customers in an online manner by adopting the digital technology to develop 'Krungsri Business Link' to assist business customers to expand the opportunities for trading and seeking new partners more conveniently without the need to travel and to fulfill the Bank's complete commerce ecosystem."

"Having MUFG and its global networks as our strategic partner is one of our unique strengths, particularly, for customers who are looking for the opportunity to grow their businesses globally. This platform allows our customers to have an access to reliable business partners of MUFG's networks. Initially, we will place focus on cooperation with member countries in ASEAN such as Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines, and Vietnam, which is aligned with the Bank's commitment to becoming a 'Regional Bank' through the strategy of building ASEAN connectivity."

'Krungsri Business Link' platform boasts valuable features including business matching, selling and buying of products and services, and searching of business partnership for other collaborations globally and domestically. In the future, it will be linked with the Bank's payment system and other services. Moreover, we also have a plan to link the platform with other businesses in order to create a fully integrated B2B (Business to Business) ecosystem. 'Krungsri Business Link' is a linkage of trusted networks of the Bank and MUFG. Customers are assured that their counterparts on 'Krungsri Business Link' are reliable and therefore can use the service with more confidence."
