Morgan, accepted the Achievement Award 2024 from FinanceAsia.
The award was in the Deal Awards category for Best M&A Deal - Southeast Asia & Thailand Winner, recognizing Thai organizations that excelled in Southeast Asia. The Achievement Awards 2024, organized by FinanceAsia, a leading financial magazine in the Asia-Pacific region, were held recently at the Conrad Hong Kong Hotel in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
This award recognizes Kiatnakin Phatra Securities' role in facilitating financial transaction services, specifically by preparing the tender offer for Bangchak's acquisition of 65.99% of the ordinary shares of Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited from ExxonMobil Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. in 2023. This historic deal marked a significant milestone in the Thai energy industry, strengthening Bangchak's growth while enhancing the country's energy security.
