Our 2024-2025 strategy includes diversifying our business and reducing dependence on e-commerce platforms. We are actively focusing on attracting medium-to-high-end customers (in all segments) by delivering exceptional customer service and continuously refining our offerings.
KEX is optimizing resource allocation within our network to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance performance. As part of this effort, we are periodically reviewing and adjusting our operations network, which may involve the opening, closure, relocation, or consolidation of certain distribution centers (DCs) and shops. These changes are made in alignment with our strategic goals to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure that resources are allocated to the most effective locations. This approach allows us to achieve faster growth, higher margins, and maintain the high service standards our customers expect.
Contrary to rumors, KEX is not shutting down, nor is there any plan to delist from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Our recent successful Right Offering with capital injection of THB 5.6B is a strong support from our Group, SF Express, to strengthen our position and ensure long-term profitability with financial flexibility. Furthermore, KEX does not need to sell our business. And we remain committed to all our customers to enjoy the same services provided (i.e. tracking status update and parcel monitoring) at an elevated level and committment. Within our strategy, certain areas or locations will have greater synergy by employing various local partners as long as they can sustain our service level.
