Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., revealed that the overall MICE business continued to show strong growth, leading to a consistent increase in both events and customers. For the fiscal year 2024/2025 (ending March 2025), revenue is expected to grow by 25% compared to the previous year's 1,752 million baht, staying on target. The Company is preparing for Thailand's MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, which is expected to experience robust growth. The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has set a target of 34 million domestic and international MICE visitors in 2025, generating total revenue of 200 billion baht, supporting MICE events in key industries, and attracting global MICE events to Thailand.

The Company views the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani area as having a comprehensive ecosystem, making it one of the key hubs for Thailand's MICE industry. With international-standard facilities, the venue can accommodate various exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events. Currently, the Company is investing in digital transformation to enhance its event management capabilities. Additionally, there is positive progress with the Sky Entrance project—a connecting bridge between the Pink Line extension's Muang Thong Thani station and the IMPACT Challenger building, expected to be completed by the end of March as planned. This development aligns with the Pink Line extension's scheduled opening in May, which will improve transportation accessibility, increase capacity for MICE visitors, and effectively support large international events.

Ms. Wanphen Mungpiensagul, Managing Director of RMI Company Limited, the REIT manager of IMPACT Growth REIT, which operates Thailand's and Asia's largest exhibition and convention center, disclosed the REIT's performance for the first 9 months of the fiscal year 2024/2025 (April - December). The REIT recorded total revenue of 1,635.45 million baht, marking an increase of 16.81%, and a net profit of 837.14 million baht, reflecting a 17.90% rise compared to the same period last year.

For the third quarter of fiscal year 2024/2025 (October - December), total revenue was 577.09 million baht, reflecting a 1.1% decrease, while net profit was 277.55 million baht, down 16.26% compared to the same period last year. The average occupancy rate stood at 39.70%, with an average rental rate of 94.75 baht per square meter. During the year-end period, there were continuous bookings for exhibitions, events, and concerts from both Thai and international clients. Although there were expenses related to the renovation of the Thai Thai Food Court and Sky Kitchen Premium Food Court to enhance event support capabilities and improve customer service experience for 2025, which affected overall performance this quarter, the Company remains confident in achieving its annual targets.

The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend payment for Q3 2024/2025 at 0.17 baht/unit, with the XD date set for February 27, 2025, and the payment date on March 14, 2025.

Additionally, the Board of Directors of RMI Company Limited, as the REIT Manager of IMPACT Growth REIT, has approved IMPACT Live Nation Company Limited (a joint venture between IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. and Live Nation Entertainment) to lease the IMPACT Arena building and land, ensuring long-term rental income for the next 20 years. A REIT unitholders' meeting is scheduled for April 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to be held electronically.
