This elevates Krungsri's branding to be relevant to the current modern context and to implement a continuous brand communication strategy. Various communication tools were used to precisely reach target audiences, including activities that brought the Krungsri brand closer to consumers and created wider engagement, especially with the younger generation interested in entertainment and arts. Additionally, "Krungsri Banana," a social media celebrity, was introduced as Krungsri's representative to deliver the happiness that comes from having a simple life every day.
