Ms. Mingkwan Pattanawong (center), Krungsri Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Branding and Marketing Division, along with the executive team, received two awards for the success of the "Make Life Simple" brand campaign. These awards include the Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year - Thailand award from the ABF Retail Banking Awards 2024, organized by Asian Banking & Finance (ABF) in Singapore, and the
IMC - Multiple Platforms Award (Bronze level) from the MAAT Media Awards 2024, organized by the Media Agency Association of Thailand (MAAT). These 2 awards mark and reinforce another achievement of Krungsri branding.

Krungsri underwent a brand refresh and officially launched its new brand promise "Make Life Simple" in 2023. This elevates Krungsri's branding to be relevant to the current modern context and to implement a continuous brand communication strategy. Various communication tools were used to precisely reach target audiences, including activities that brought the Krungsri brand closer to consumers and created wider engagement, especially with the younger generation interested in entertainment and arts. Additionally, "Krungsri Banana," a social media celebrity, was introduced as Krungsri's representative to deliver the happiness that comes from having a simple life every day.
