While the refreshed menu at Red Sky highlights a variety of Mediterranean flavours, Chef Luca Russo has introduced a limited-time seasonal duck menu, offering a true celebration of this rich and versatile ingredient. Available daily for dinner until 31 October 2024, this special menu puts the spotlight on premium duck cuts, skillfully prepared and beautifully presented. Guests can savour dishes like an Organic green salad with smoked duck breast THB 790++ balanced with the sweet-tartness of pomegranate and almonds, or indulge in tender Foie gras with apple puree THB1,455 ++, caramelised fresh figs, and a velvety port sauce. Chef Russo's Duck fagottini THB 950++ delicate pasta pouches filled with duck and served with a silky Parmesan fondue - are not to be missed. For heartier appetites, the menu also features Seared duck breast with porcini mushrooms THB 1,650++, berries and a red wine reduction, as well as a comforting Confit duck leg THB 1,550++ served with chestnut and pumpkin puree, subtly enhanced with thyme.
