This upcoming campaign in the Thai market will support Virgin Active's refreshed global brand proposition, focusing on providing genuine, holistic wellness solutions that resonate with Thai consumers.

Virgin Active's new global brand positioning, 'Where Wellness Gets Real,' tackles the frustration with superficial wellness trends and overwhelming fitness advice. Based on member insights across territories, the brand recognised that people want genuine, effective wellness guidance that goes beyond physical fitness. However, they are confused and left frustrated with the many conflicting information available. Unlike competitors, Virgin Active takes a holistic approach on wellness—focusing on self-care, mental well-being, nutrition, social and physical health—making wellness more accessible, enjoyable, and rooted in real-life needs and is personal to everyone. This new direction reinforces Virgin Active's commitment to offering credible, expert-led solutions that help people make real progress on their wellness journeys.

The 'Real Wellness My Way' campaign in Thailand will support the new global brand positioning by featuring authentic stories from Virgin Active members who have transformed their wellness journeys with the brand. Selected through a competition open to all current members, these Real Wellness Ambassadors will share their compelling narratives, illustrating how Virgin Active supports their unique paths to holistic health. By focusing on genuine experiences, the campaign aims to inspire others to embrace their own wellness journeys, fostering a sense of community and belonging while reinforcing the brand's commitment to authentic wellness.

The upcoming Thai campaign is designed to meet the growing demand for a more personalised approach to wellness. Virgin Active's research reveals that 71% of Thais are now prioritising health and wellness more than ever, though many have shifted toward personal routines at home or in nature. 47% of Thais surveyed acknowledge that they are struggling with staying active and maintaining mental wellness. The campaign seeks to address the gap, showcasing how Virgin Active's facilities, curated experiences and expert-led programs can offer tailored, holistic solutions to meet the specific needs of Thai members.
