The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will list T.Man Pharmaceutical pcl., a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare product distributor and manufacturer, on October 22 under the symbol "TMAN". The company has a market capitalization at its initial public offering (IPO) of THB 6.52 billion (approx. USD 195.77 million).
SET Executive Vice President Rungtip Charoenvisuthiwong said that TMAN will be listed and start trading on SET in the Consumer Products industry group, Personal Products and Pharmaceuticals sector.
TMAN has established itself as a prominent manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products with a diverse portfolio spanning both OEM products and over 200 proprietary brands. The company's offerings are divided into four main categories: generic drugs , herbal medicine, supplementary diets and cosmetics, and other healthcare products. TMAN has successfully captured consumer attention with several top-performing brands, including Propoliz, Iyara, Myda, IBUMAN, Polar, and Vita-C, which have become household names in the market.
TMAN has a post-IPO paid-up capital of THB 300 million with a par value of THB 0.75 per share. The company offered 102 million IPO shares, comprising 71.43 million newly issued shares and 30.57 million existing common shares held by TKW Capital Limited, from October 10-11 and 15, 2024. The IPO shares were allotted to individuals at the underwriters' discretion, institutional investors, the company's patrons, employees of the company and its subsidiaries, and related parties of the company. The IPO price was set at THB 16.30 per share, representing THB 1.16 billion in fresh funding. Kasikorn Securities pcl. was the financial advisor and lead underwriter.

The capital raised from the company's IPO will be primarily directed towards production capacity upgrades to support TMAN's business expansion and future growth.
Following the IPO, TMAN's principal shareholder is the Thanachotipan family (74.5 percent). The company's dividend policy is to distribute a minimum of 30 percent of its net profit based on the separate financial statements after corporate income tax, all legally mandated reserves, and provisions under the company's bylaws. The payment also takes into account the best interests of both the business and the shareholders.
