The Swiss Embassy in Bangkok Stages Annual Team Outing at Arnoma Grand Bangkok

Staff of the Embassy of Switzerland, led by Ambassador Pedro Zwahlen (back row in black apron),  staged the Embassy's annual Team Outing by participating in a group cooking showdown where the Thai staff learned to cook Swiss specialities while the Swiss staff prepared signature Thai recipes at the Arnoma Grand Bangkok recently.  The friendly culinary challenge was guided by the hotel's brigade of experienced chefs headed by Chef Alessandro Haab (on the left of the Ambassador), culinary consultant, and cheered on by Mr. Eric Brand (centre in suit), the hotel's General Manager.  Each aspiring chef for one day was presented with a booklet comprising all the 24 tested recipes and a certificate of appreciation for their great efforts.
