Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., which is a property manage of IMPACT Growth Real Estate Investment Trust (IMPACT), revealed the venue's success in hosting conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and large-scale concerts. The center welcomed both Thai and international businesspeople and tourists during the first quarter of 2024/2025 (April - June). In this three-month period, IMPACT organized a total of 136 events, including major national and international events.

She announced a dividend payment of 0.22 baht per unit, with the ex-dividend date (XD) set for August 27, 2024, and the payment date scheduled for September 13, 2024. This marks the highest interim dividend payment for the first quarter since the establishment of the trust.
