The restaurant's skilled Japanese chef uses quality Hotaru Ika from Toyama Bay in the Chubu region of Japan to create delicious dishes for customers to enjoy at all locations (except The Portal Lifestyle Complex), with prices ranging from 129 - 229 baht. (Price is subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.) The Hotaru Ika menu is available from 1 March - 30 April 2024.
The four delectable dishes include "Hotaru Ika Aburi" (129 baht), aburi-style grilled firefly squid, "Hotaru Ika Hotate Uni Sauce Yaki" (139 baht), a combination of seafood including Hotate (Japanese scallop) and firefly squid with special uni (sea urchin) sauce, "Hotaru Ika Sashimi" (229 baht), fresh firefly squid served with lemon, "Hotaru Ika Spicy Yum" (229 baht), firefly squid mixed with spicy dressing and salad.
