EXIM Thailand, ADB and JICA Collaboratively Support Syndicated Loan of 3.9 Billion Baht for EA Group's E-Bus Procurement in Bangkok and Surrounding Areas

This financial support aims to promote the production and sale of public buses using clean energy, reduce the consumption of oil and imports of fuel from abroad, decrease air pollution, and encourage the development of renewable energy, transportation systems, and infrastructure in Thailand. This aligns with the government's 30@30 policy, promoting electric vehicles (EVs) with a target of producing zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) comprising at least 30% of all vehicle production by 2030 and EXIM Thailand's strategy to elevate Thai businesses towards a green economy (End to End Net Zero Economy Escalator). This coincides with Thailand's goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40% in 2030.
