The work units will be organized according to the Process Flow and incorporate robot technology to automate certain steps, such as document movement to establish a seamless workflow, reduce waiting and transportation time to enhance efficiency, and operation designed as a production belt (Belt Conveyor Design), ensuring continuous flow, as well as a visualized information dashboard for maximum efficiency."

"The 'KTC FACTORANT' project aims to upgrade the application and credit consideration processes, to reduce unnecessary work time in each application process by at least 85%.
