Celebrating life's simpler, more hedonistic pleasures, Brio restaurant at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort has unveiled a new all-you-can-eat lunch menu featuring seven homemade pasta dishes and ten pizza options for a delectable mix-and-match experience.
Made in a central wood-fired oven, Brio's perfectly-blistered pizzas range from the classic Margherita with strings of gooey mozzarella to the extra-hot Double Pepperoni and the signature Brio pizza made with gorgonzola, mozzarella, cream cheese and smoked cheese. Seafood lovers will be delighted to find all-time classics on the menu too: Frutti di Mare with assorted seafood and briny Napoletana topped with anchovies, black olives and capers.
Guests can also dine the Italian way on fresh pasta topped generously with premium cheese, homemade sauces and impeccable produce from local and Italian artisans. They can start with ribbons of fresh fusilli tossed in slow-cooked lamb ragout and smoked Italian ricotta, proceed to order the decadent Angel Hair al Fruitti di Mare pasta with lobster tail, clams, prawns and aromatic white wine sauce, or opt for the vegan-friendly ravioli filled with pumpkin and ricotta and served with butter-sage sauce and rich truffle cream.
