Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited and ExxonMobil Affiliates in Thailand donated used file cabinets to the Human Development Foundation - Mercy Centre (HDF) to facilitate its documentation.
On this occasion, Dr. Taweesak Bunluesin (4th from right), Director of Esso (Thailand), accompanied by Khun Surachat Sattraprom (1st from left), BKK Facilities Manager of CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd and Khun Yuttana Ua-Amporn (1st from right), Community Relations Advisor, ExxonMobil limited jointly presented 135 pieces of used office equipment which are still in good conditions to Father Joseph H. Maier (3rd from right) and his team at the Human Development Foundation-Mercy Centre, Klong Toey, Bangkok. This is the second donation of office equipment to the Foundation aiming to make a better value of the office equipment that is no longer used.
Mercy Centre is a shelter for street kids, as well as a kindergarten, a community health care center, and a community meeting place. The center is located in the midst of Klong Toey ghetto area with garden and playgrounds. It was later renovated through a generous gift to accommodate orphans, more street children, and children with HIV/AIDS. This file cabinet donation will help facilitate its administration particularly on documentation system.
