ExxonMobil Exploration and Production celebrates 29 years of safe operations in Thailand and donates 450,000 Baht in community contributions
ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Khorat Inc. (EMEPKI) President Mr. Edward E. Graham (11th right) together with Lead Country Manager of ExxonMobil affiliates in Thailand Dr. Adisak Jangkamolkulchai (10th right), celebrated 29 years of safe operations or 3.4 million hours without a loss time incident and donated an amount of 450,000 Baht to support community development projects. The celebration was presided over by Mr. Woratas Thuleechan (11th left), 1st Deputy Governor as well as Mr. Sattha Khotchapalayuk (12th left) , 2nd Deputy Governor which was held at AVANI Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre, Muang district, Khon Kaen.
EMEPKI has operated the onshore gas production site in the Nam Phong district, Khon Kaen province, since 1990. In additional to safety, environment and occupational health, the company also recognizes the importance of investing in the communities.
On this occasion, EMEPKI has donated 450,000 Baht in total to support community projects consisting of 200,000 Baht to Nam Phong Education Fund, 200,000 Baht to Nam Phong Hospital for the purchase of medical equipment and 50,000 Baht to support auditorium maintenance of Nam Phong district.
