Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok invites you to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Titanic, the sinking of the “ship that could not sink”, with the 11-course extravagant dinner first class passengers experienced on that fateful vogue, at the Chatrium Ballroom on Saturday, April 28th, 2012.
The hotel’s Executive Chef Andrew Brown will present the famous first class dinner menu as created by Chef Pierre Rousseau and his brigade of chefs presented to the Titanic first class passengers on that fateful night in 1912. All 11 courses are accompanied by a hand picked selection of French Premier and Grand Cru wines available today.
A formal event, boarding commences at 6.30 pm on Saturday 28th April where guests will be greeted with champagne cocktails and the finest in French hors d’oeuvres.
The Ships Captain, Chatrium General Manager Adrian Brown will announce the opening of the First Class Dinning saloon and at which time guests will be escorted to their tables. During dinner, guests will be entertained by a string quartet recreating the atmosphere of that night while being inter dispersed with brief narrations of the history and journey of the unsinkable ship, The Titanic.
This is an opportunity to have a taste of what First Class passengers of the Titanic experienced and one not to be missed. The event will be held on Saturday, April 28th, 2012 at the hotel’s Chatrium Ballroom, 4th floor at 6.30 pm. Priced is at Baht 2,555++ per person.
