Grand Millennium Sukhumvit Launches Cooking Class Programme “Bring on the Chef in You!”

Grand Millennium Sukhumvit led by Executive Chef Pierre Andre Hauss recently introduced the new cooking academy “Bring on the Chef in You!” Whether you are a beginner, an amateur or a serious cook, the programme allows any food enthusiasts to have hands-on experience on cooking with five-star chefs in the hotel kitchen ambience. Become chef yourself as the secrets of cooking is about to reveal!

Grand Millennium Sukhumvit offers five “home-style” cooking classes rotating every Saturday by four multinational chefs from Thai to Spanish, French and Indian. Highlighting on the concept “Bring on the Chef in You”, anyone can learn how to cook from hotel resident chefs in a very easy and accessible way. The half-day “private” class begins at 10.00 hrs and includes a step-by-step demonstration of three dishes. Learn different processes and techniques on a cuisine of your choice including dessert menu while lunch will be served afterwards. Participants will receive a chef hat, an apron and a certificate of attendance. The price is at Baht 1,200++/person and available for a minimum of two persons per class.

(Menu includes paella, gazpacho, tortilla, etc.)

  • Thai Cuisine by Master Thai Chef Chalao Tongmon

(Menu includes kao kouk kapi, masaman nua, kanom krok, etc.)

  • Indian Cuisine by Master Indian Chef Saravanan Subramanee

(Menu includes chicken tikka, prawn malai curry, lamb Rogan Josh Kashmir, mango kulfi, etc.)

  • French Cuisine by Executive Chef Pierre Andre Hauss

(Menu includes pan-fried foie gras with grape sauce, Burgundy style escargots, roasted rabbit and mustard sauce, etc.)

  • Pastry Class by Pastry Chef Piti Saengmanee

(Menu includes cup cake, Vanilla ?clair, macaroon, mango trifle, chocolate lava, etc.)
