RosettaNet is a non-profit consortium dedicated to the collaborative development and rapid deployment of open, Internet-based business standards that align processes within the global trading network. More than 500 multinational and regional companies in the computer and consumer electronics, electronic components, semiconductor manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications industries participate in RosettaNet’s strategic standards and services development. Fortune 1000 companies worldwide have implemented RosettaNet standards, conducting B2B operations that value billions in annual revenues. Among those names are well-recognized world-leading companies such as Intel, Cisco, Sony, Nokia, Seagate and Exel Logistics.
Having RosettaNet office in Thailand will facilitate the implementation of the RosettaNet standard in the region. By implementing RosettaNet standard, companies can save cost in supply chain management by streamlining business processes. This will benefit not only to the multi-national companies (MNCs) but also to local SMEs who are usually the suppliers of parts to these MNCs.
The conference and networking event will bring global experts to present successful cases from implementing RosettaNet e-business process standard in companies like Intel, Cisco and Seagate, to name a few. Attendees will learn about RosettaNet standard and receive correct, up-to-date information on new business models. Sessions will provide insights from RosettaNet members on global standards synergies, RosettaNet Partner Interface Process? (PIP?) developments, updates on RosettaNet Asia.
