TMB and TBANK have unveiled merger plans, disclosingTBANK's restructuring details, TMB's fund raising plan, and the expected new shareholding structure which will be: ING 21.3%, TCAP 20.4%, Ministry of Finance 18.4%, Scotiabank (BNS) 5.6%, and minority shareholders 34.3%. The whole consolidation process is expected to be completed by 2021.
