Industry leaders, technology pioneers, and business executives gathered to explore how AI is shaping the future of work, customer experience, and sustainable innovation.

Conducted in Japanese, the summit attracted a diverse audience of over 200 decision-makers from leading corporations across industries, including banking, manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications, and digital transformation. Representatives from top organizations such as Bangkok Bank, Bank of Ayudhaya, AISIN Asia Pacific, Mitsubishi, Honda, Isuzu, Toyota Tsusho, the Japan External Trade Organization, and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce were in attendance, reinforcing the event's reputation as a premier platform for AI and technology leadership in Thailand.

Speaking to a captivated audience, Mr. Hiromichi Ito, Vice President, JMNC Sales (Asia Pacific), set the tone for the day, highlighting NTT DATA's vision for AI as a catalyst for business evolution. The summit delved into not just the potential of AI, but the real-world impact it was already having—from automating workflows in finance to revolutionizing manufacturing and supply chains.

In a live demonstration, Mr. Mandar Wavde, Senior Director, Strategic Partnership & BD - Asia, Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd., showcased how Copilot was transforming digital workflows. Subsequently, Mr. Hironari Tomioka, Regional Head of Application Solutions, Asia Pacific, NTT DATA took the audience through the future of sports technology, revealing how AI was reshaping data analytics in professional golf.

To ensure attendees could deep-dive into their specific industries, the summit featured two dedicated breakout tracks:

  1. The Financial Track, where experts discussed how AI was elevating customer experience in banking and financial services. Panelists explored how digitalization was redefining consumer expectations, and how businesses could leverage generative AI to create personalized, seamless financial interactions.
  2. The Manufacturing & Automotive Track, which focused on green and digital transformations. As supply chains became increasingly complex, leaders shared strategies to build a more sustainable and intelligent industry ecosystem.
