French Ambassador to Thailand Visits "Lenotre Culinary Arts School Thailand" and Joins Exclusive " The Art of Viennoiserie Masterclass " Workshop with Chef Mickael Martinez
Lenotre Culinary Arts School Thailand, the leading culinary institute and the only Southeast Asian branch directly affiliated with Lenotre Paris, had the distinct honor of welcoming H.E. Mr. Jean-Claude Poimboeuf, (middle), the French Ambassador to Thailand, for an exclusive visit. During his tour, the Ambassador explored the school's state-of-the-art facilities, designed to provide world-class culinary education.
On this special occasion, Mr. Tanguy Fertil (2nd from right), General Manager of Lenotre Culinary Arts School Thailand., graciously hosted the Ambassador, leading him on an insightful tour of the institution's learning spaces. Highlighting the visit was exclusive participation in the " The Art of Viennoiserie Masterclass," led by renowned French pastry expert Chef Mickael Martinez. The workshop provided an immersive experience in authentic French bread-making techniques, offering students the opportunity to engage closely with the culinary artistry of traditional French baking.
To commemorate this exceptional experience, the Ambassador was presented with a certificate of completion for " The Art of Viennoiserie Masterclass," symbolizing Lenotre Thailand's dedication to upholding and promoting French culinary excellence in the region.
