Minor Hotels Celebrates Asia Customer Appreciation Week (ACAW) in Thailand
Minor Hotels, a leading global hospitality company with a portfolio of over 560 properties in 57 countries, successfully hosted its Asia Customer Appreciation Week from November 25-29, 2024. The week-long event was dedicated to honor and strengthening relationships with key partners across the region. Throughout the week, 35 members of the sales team conducted more than 500 calls and customer visits in appreciation for their support.
The highlight of the week closed with a Thank You Party held on Friday, November 29, at the iconic Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Hosted by 25 Minor Hotels and resorts across Thailand, the event brought together over 300 esteemed guests, including representatives from destination management companies (DMCs), travel agencies, MICE organizations, corporate accounts, and embassies.
This event underscored Minor Hotels' unwavering commitment to nurturing long-lasting partnerships and reinforced the company's dedication to supporting Thailand's dynamic tourism industry.
