True employees have unified to help the Mirror Foundation to drive the "House Cleaning Mission", by donating over 1,000 urgent and essential cleaning items. These critical provisions have been transported to the Volunteer Center of Mirror Foundation at Chiang Rai Rajabhat University to be delivered to flood-affected residents in Chiang Rai. The donated cleaning equipment, which includes floor brushes, brooms, water squeegees, buckets, gloves, boots, shovels, waste bags, cleaning agents, sacks and shovels, will assist families in rehabilitating their homes and resume to a normal life speedily.

Furthermore, True Corporation has continued to provide assistance to flood victims in various affected provinces. This includes distributing food, drinking water, and survival kits to communities in the Nam Mong, Kong Nang, Pa Sak, Tha Bo, and Si Chiang Mai sub-districts of Nong Khai Province. The company has also coordinated with its network team to implement emergency plans for maintaining signal towers in flooded areas, such as in the Kaeng Kai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. They have deployed flat-bottom boats and provided power generators, fuel, and backup equipment to repair and maintain the towers. This ensures that base stations in areas where power was cut for safety reasons can continue to operate in emergency situations, allowing people in the affected areas to maintain communication throughout the crisis.
