Absolute Hotel Services Earns 2023 Traveller Review Awards
Absolute Hotel Services (AHS), a pioneering hotel group in Thailand and Indo-China, has recently received both property-level and group-level awards for their exceptional and highly-rated properties based on guest reviews. Traveller Review Awards were presented to AHS and 21 of their properties, representing a majority of their entire portfolio. The awards recognise the group's impressive performance and commitment to providing excellent hospitality services.
The latest awards reinforce AHS's reputation as the leading hospitality management group in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and India. In total, 21 hotels and resorts from U Hotels & Resorts; Eastin Grand Hotels & Resorts; Eastin Hotels, Resorts & Residences; Travelodge; and G Nimman Chiang Mai of Absolute Collection have received the 2023 Traveller Review Award, which is a testament to their ongoing efforts and focused approach to continually enhance the customer experience despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic.
In addition to the property-level awards, AHS has also been awarded the group-level 2023 Traveller Review Award for their dedication to enhancing the customer experience across every segment of their hotel brands.
