Jardin Du Boeuf, which opened on June 9th, is the first steakhouse in Thailand to offer sustainable dining with unique steak-cooking techniques using its signature charcoal grill, allowing diners to choose between sustainable wood and mangrove charcoal.

An equally exciting restaurant at Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok is the soon-to-open Beauty In The Pot, representing the first foray into Thailand by Paradise Group, the international food & beverage conglomerate with over 100 dining outlets around the world.

Located on the ground floor of Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok, Beauty In The Pot is inspired by the growing food-for-health culture. The restaurant offers six varieties of soup bases, including their all-time favourites, Beauty Collagen and Spicy Nourishing Broth, and combines them with premium ingredients and homemade specialties to create hotpot meals that are both flavourful and healthy at the same time.
