          A New Year's Eve Dinner Show at Medici Kitchen and Bar
          Say good bye to 2017 and welcome in the New Year with a 5-course Italian set menu at Medici Kitchen & Bar. The talented culinary team at our multi-award-winning restaurant will serve a set dinner of authentic Italian cuisine in Medici's beautiful and atmospheric wine cellar setting. The extravagant menu includes risotto with white truffle, sausage, and saffron, a choice of lamb chop vs beef tenderloin with marjoram sauce and lentils or New Zealand snow fish fillet wrapped with pancetta and a sage and tomato infusion, amongst others. Diners will also enjoy spectacular dinner entertainment from Flavortale, an extravagant performance with visual effects, glamorous costumes, and stunning dance routines. A DJ will continue to mix the beats into the night.

Our special 5-course set menu will include highlights such as confit of Alaskan snow crab with lemon curd, citrus fruits, and tapioca, a delicate and flavoursome game consomme with a slow cooked quail egg yolk, chestnut, walnut, and roots, and grass-fed Australian tenderloin with textures of celeriac, wild mushrooms, and parsley essence.

          Enjoy à la carte dining and a spectacular view of the city's New Year fireworks display from your elevated vantage point at The Speakeasy Rooftop Bar on the 24th floor of Hotel Muse Bangkok! The menu includes enticing nibbles such as fried mac and cheese balls with black truffle and ham, and chicken wings with hoisin sauce. You can also savour the best of Muse with dishes such as Triple B, a cheesy bacon burger on freshly toasted brioche bread served with potato wedges, 120-day grain-fed beef tenderloin served with potato wedges and trio of sauces: creamy peppercorn, peperonata, and truffle mayo. With sharing boards and mixed tapas platters, à la carte dining at The Speakeasy Rooftop Bar is the ideal choice for friends celebrating with style. There's also an outstanding wine list, a great selection of classic and contemporary cocktails, and Champagnes to add sparkle to your night under the stars. A top DJ will also mix up a playlist of cool beats throughout the evening.
          Entrance fee: THB 2,500 net per person including two complimentary glasses of sparkling wine, beer or wine.

          With its elevated setting and spectacular city views, The Speakeasy Rooftop Bar is the perfect venue for your New Year Eve celebration. Our sensational Seafood Buffet will include butter baked shrimps, freshly shucked oysters, green shelled mussels and clams, Canadian lobster, snow crab legs, and much more. There will also be a sushi station, an array of salads such as octopus salad, smoked salmon platters, prawn cocktails, and fish from the grill such as sea bream, tuna, mackerel, red snapper, butterfish and much more. A selection of tempting desserts, including pecan pie, cheesecake with berries, creme caramel, and many other delights will complete your New Year's Eve feast. There will also be entertainment from a top DJ.
