CIMB Receives Bank of Thailand's Approval for Kittiphun Anutarasoti as President/CEO of CIMB Thai

          CIMB Thai Bank PCL (CIMB Thai) has obtained approval from Bank of Thailand for the appointment of Khun Kittiphun Anutarasoti as President/CEO of CIMB Thai. He will be taking over from Khun Subhak Siwaraksa who has expressed his wish to retire.

Khun Subhak will be appointed as Advisor to the Group Chief Executive, CIMB Group, on Bank of Thailand9 October CIMB GroupCIMB Thai Bank PCLBank of Thailand6. Plans are already in place to ensure a smooth leadership transition from Khun Subhak, whose seven-year tenure as President/CEO of the Bank saw him resolving various legacy issues and subsequently placing CIMB Thai on a new strategic path. 
          Khun Kittiphun brings with him a wealth of banking experience, having served in various key business positions in Thailand with three global banks and two of the largest Thai banks. Khun Kittiphun holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and an MBA from Saint Louis University, USA.
