Photo Release: Oasis Spa Wins “Best Spa Destination” at Lonely Planet Travel Award 2013

Oasis Spa, Thailand was voted the “Best Destination Spa in Thailand” by travelers who use the travel guide, Lonely Planet. The award was presented at a recent ceremony held at the Hilton Bangkok hotel. Pakin Ployphicha and Toby Allen, Managing Directors of Oasis Spa’s 10 branches, accepted the award on behalf of their employees from the Publisher of Lonely Planet Thailand, Dhitibhum Wongkiatkachorn. Lonely Planet Magazine invited travelers to participate in a survey that rated their spa experiences from June to July 2013. Then the votes were internally audited to assure their validity and the nominations were shortlisted by a panel of travel experts. Finally, readers voted, both online and in their magazine, for their favorites in 11 categories.
