Every Friday through Sunday night from the 16th August – 15th October 2012, Bangkok’s salmon lovers are invited to join us and indulge in a true treat for the taste buds. Executive Chef Alan Wichert has selected only the finest imported salmon from the most reputable fisheries of Scotland, Norway and Tasmania and with his team will be preparing a host of fresh salmon dishes including traditional Nordic Gravadlax, appetizing salmon tartare, classic smoked salmon and Thai and Western style salmon fishcakes along with piping hot specialties such as sesame coated salmon, Japanese teriyaki salmon, blackened Cajun salmon with a fresh mango salsa, salmon en croute, whole baked salmon and poached salmon in a homemade Hollandaise sauce. Besides the delectable salmon dishes on offer guests can enjoy our regular international buffet featuring a wide selection of tempting fare including crisp healthy salads and homemade sauces, imported European cold cuts, the finest seafood, a wide variety of freshly prepared pasta dishes, authentic Japanese and Asian favorites, traditional Dim Sum, carving and grilling stations serving only premium meats and deliciously wicked desserts including a chocolate fountain and many more!
