Blooming Spa Group plans to accelerate under the new name "Siam Wellness Group" to support the liberalization of AEC in 2015.

Blooming Spa Group announced a restructuring plan to become Thailand's leading and most comprehensive Wellness chain under the "Siam Wellness Group", which will comprise of a day spa chain under 'Let's Relax', a wellness spa chain under 'RarinJinda Wellness Spa', a wellness resort under 'RarinJinda Wellness Spa Resort', Spa Products under 'Blooming' and Thai Massage School under 'Blooming Thai Massage School' with the aim of continuous expansion to support the liberalization of AEC in 2015. The meaning of 'Siam' is to reflect the uniqueness of Thainess, widely accepted by the global citizen, which represent the nature of our customer service from the receptionists to the the therapists. Moreover, it reflect the unique core values, embedded by the management team of all Thais executives, in delivering exceptional service to our customers as if they were a member of our family. 'Wellness' represents Good health in which Siam Wellness Group aims to promote through its business extension.
