InVision Hospitality Takes Over Management and Asset of Swiss Park Hotel

InVision Hospitality Co. Ltd., the freshest investment, consultancy and management company headed by CEO - Kevin J. Beauvais, announced the acquisition of the Swiss Park Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11 with effect from May 14, 2008. Mr. Beauvais founded the company in May 2007 and has quickly moved to expand the company’s portfolio of brands aligned with the needs of today’s customers ranging from a luxury brand to a mid tier brand as well as management and consultancy services for hospitality developers/owners. Swiss Park Hotel is currently a mid tier hotel that consist of 108 rooms with full facilities and services. The hotel is located in Bangkok’s CBD on Sukhumvit Soi 11 and is just steps away from BTS Nana Skytrain station, restaurants, bars and shopping area. Further development plans for the hotel are to expand and modernize the number of rooms with a completion date in the last half of 2009. Renovations of the existing rooms and public areas will be in two phases. The hotel will remain open and serving guests during the renovations which are estimated to be 150 million Baht. Once renovations are completed, the hotel will be re-launched as Glow Hotel @ Sukhumvit 11. W.
