MSC receives 5-star CGR for 5 consecutive years, reaffirming its position as an excellent corporate governance organization

Mr. Tavit Charuvajana, Chief Executive Officer of Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC) revealed that MSC has received an "Excellent" (5-star) corporate governance assessment score for the 5th consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2024 from the Institute of Directors Association (IOD) which support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). These is the reaffirming that MSC emphasizes the continuous development of good corporate governance along with business operations to grow the organization in accordance with the principles of good governance in the economic, social and environmental dimensions (ESG) to build confidence among investors and all stakeholders.
