Dusit Thani Pattaya joins Dusit's group-wide 'Food For Thought' campaign, offers special dining experiences celebrating community, sustainability, and delicious local ingredients

Pattaya, Thailand - October 2023 - Dusit Thani Pattaya is ready to delight food lovers with a three-day culinary event that places the spotlight on food security, nutrition, community, and the use of the freshest local ingredients.

Arranged as part of Dusit International's 'Food for Thought' campaign, which has been specially arranged to celebrate World Food Day and International Chefs Day with a series of sustainability-focused dining experiences at selected Dusit properties nationwide, the culinary journey will feature a series of sumptuous seafood dinner buffets showcasing the finest catches from Chonburi, taking place from 20 - 22 October. The hotel will also host an enlightening sustainability-focused cooking class highlighting cow's milk sourced from Khao Yai, on 21 October.

In each thoughtfully crafted experience, Diners can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the flavours unique to the Pattaya region and the nutritional benefits of prized local ingredients of Chonburi privince.

As a meaningful part of the 'Food for Thought' event, the skilled culinary team from Dusit Thani Pattaya will also extend their culinary expertise to the Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Abuse Center (Baan Kru Ja). Here, they will prepare and serve a nourishing and delectable meal to both the children and the dedicated staff.
