EXIM Thailand has announced the appointment of Mrs. Wanpen Unchundacha and Mr. Ittipol Lertsakthanakul as Senior Executive Vice Presidents and Mrs. Setasuda Tulyathan as Executive Vice President, effective from January 1, 2024.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Mrs. Wanpen Unchundacha as Senior Executive Vice President of the Finance function line, overseeing the accounting system to ensure compliance with EXIM Thailand's policies, relevant regulations, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, her responsibilities include managing financial flexibility, mitigating exchange rate risks, addressing market liquidity risks, overseeing procurement and material management, and supporting information compilation for the Bank's budget. Concurrently, Mr. Ittipol Lertsakthanakul has been appointed as Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance 2 function line, and Mrs. Setasuda Tulyathan assumes the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance 1 function line. Both Corporate Finance 1 and 2 function lines play a crucial role in supporting the export, domestic, and international investment of Thai entrepreneurs, offering comprehensive services and solutions while fostering networks and expertise in target industries, all in accordance with EXIM Thailand's policies and sustainable development goals. The appointments of Mrs. Wanpen Unchundacha, Mr. Ittipol Lertsakthanakul, and Mrs. Setasuda Tulyathan became effective on January 1, 2024.
Mrs. Wanpen holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Thammasat University, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Thammasat University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ramkhamhaeng University. She formerly worked as Vice President of Internal Audit Department, Secondary Mortgage Corporation, and as Chief Financial Officer, BT World Lease Co., Ltd., prior to joining EXIM Thailand in 2007. She was appointed as Senior Vice President of International Project Department, Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Department 3 in 2016 and 2018 respectively, before assuming the position of EXIM Thailand's Executive Vice President of Finance and Compliance function line in 2019.
Mr. Ittipol holds a Master of Science in Finance (International Program) from Thammasat University (EXIM Thailand Scholarship) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from Assumption University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 1997 and was appointed as Vice President of Business Promotion Department 1, First Vice President of Corporate Business Department 1 and Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Department 4 in 2013, 2016, and 2019, respectively, before taking on the position of the Bank's Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance 2 function line in 2021.
Mrs. Setasuda obtained a Master of Business Administration from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, USA. After joining EXIM Thailand in 1996, she was appointed as First Vice President of External Relations and International Office Department and First Vice President of Corporate Strategy Department in 2018 and 2019, respectively, before assuming the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Department 3 in 2022.
