The 1st AssetWise Junior Tennis Championship at Fitz Club Pattaya was a smashing success

Spectators excitedly cheered on the young athletes whose determination and hard work was witnessed throughout the two-day events that were full of memorable moments for them to look back on. Everyone was blessed with great weather and the tournament ran smoothly with hardly any delays in the schedule. The winners took prizes and points to help them rise in the national ranking with opportunities for scholarship and sponsorship.

As one of the most anticipated junior tennis competitions in Thailand, the Junior Tennis and Tennis 10s Championships created quite a buzz in the local sports community, attracting young players from all over the country to Pattaya to put their sporting prowess to the test, have some quality time with their family and make new friends.

This year's events were sponsored by AssetWise and Tecnifibre with a live food station serving delicious signature dishes from award winning chefs, free ice creams and fun activities for kids. The free tennis clinic was also a big hit and the kids were extremely happy with the special appearance from the former Thailand number 1 player, Khun Danai Udomchoke who helped out at the Tennis clinic. Royal Cliff team had invited him to come and surprise the kids and his presence made the clinic even more colourful. The tournament was also supported by Columbia picture Aquaverse management team who generously gave all the winners a free ticket to the new water park.

"We have been to many tournaments around Thailand, and this is probably one of the best we have been too. They have prepared so many gifts and surprises for the kids. The attention the Royal Cliff gave to the kids were amazing. They really went above and beyond. Importantly the kids get to play on one of the best surfaces in Thailand." Stated by one of the parent that attended the event.

Fitz Club regularly hosts tennis competitions to help foster a sports community in Pattaya. This state-of-the-art sports club has welcomed top ATP players including Mikhail Youzhny, Denis Istomin and Nikolay Davydenko. Fitz Club's seven tennis courts was built to the same standard as the Australian Open, making them a perfect place to practice for the grand slam tournament.
