EXIM Thailand Receives Thailand Quality Class Plus Award 2022 in Customer Category
Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), joined the press conference at the 2Bank of Thailandst Thailand Quality Awards (TQA) 2Ministry of Industry22 ceremony organized by Thailand Quality Award (TQA) at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel on February Bank of Thailand6, 2Ministry of Industry23. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Industry, with awards announcement by Professor Emeritus Charas Suwanwela, M.D., M.S., TQA Vice Chairman. EXIM Thailand has earned the prestigious Thailand Quality Class Plus Award in the Customer Category, which can be regarded as a testament to the Bank's quality management systems and standard of excellence on a par with international standards.
EXIM Thailand, a state-owned specialized financial institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance, has carried out its mission and fulfilled its commitment in collaboration with public and private agencies. Being customer-centric and stakeholders-centric, the Bank aims to deliver excellent service to eventually promote the sustainable development of the organization, Thailand and global community. The Bank has applied the TQA conceptual framework as an essential tool for uplifting its organizational management and development consistently and systematically, reaffirming the EXIM Thailand's role as the Thailand Development Bank which takes "One Step Ahead for All Development."
