Bangkok Bank joins AIA Thailand to offer special benefits for customers who purchase bancassurance with "AIA Vitality", a comprehensive health care program covering health assessment, exercise advice and health service. The healthier you get, the more premiums are reduced, up to 25%. This is to emphasize the Bank's role as a "trusted partner" who understands customers and always provides them with good experiences with the hope that they will have a better quality of life in the long run.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Pornpimon Trongtiengdham said that the Bank has partnered with AIA Thailand as a bancassurance alliance to develop more cooperation to deliver a special experience and privileges to customers through "AIA Vitality", a wellness program that will provide guidelines for taking care of yourself to be healthy. At the same time, the program also offers special discounts on the first insurance premium of up to 10% of the standard premium and in the renewal year of up to 25% of the standard premium according to AIA Vitality status. This will help extend the benefits for customers who purchase Be Together insurance and riders and participate in the program through the channels of Bangkok Bank.
The Bank is confident that the "AIA Vitality" program will help customers enjoy receiving health care advice. The benefits range from online assessments to know your health, access to health services, proper and regular exercise as well as various missions in everyday life that will help promote better health and well-being while gaining knowledge about comprehensive health care. Each activity will have points for customers to accumulate so they can upgrade their membership status of "AIA Vitality". The higher the status, the more privileges will be offered as discounts on insurance premiums including benefits from various partners.
"It is important to truly understand the needs of our customers as it will make us ready to be a "trusted partner" who always recommends quality products and services to create good experience for customers. At the same time, the Bank has also received good cooperation from AIA Thailand for meeting the needs of customers in areas such as planning for savings and investments, passing on wealth to children, and short-term health coverage that is easy to buy with refunds if you don't make a claim. This time it has been extended to the "AIA Vitality" program, which will help create an experience that goes beyond insurance for customers of all ages. We sincerely hope that "AIA Vitality" will promote good health and improve the quality of life for Bangkok Bank customers," said Miss Pornpimon.
AIA Thailand Chief Strategic Bancassurance Alliance Officer Miss Jane Tay said that: "AIA as a long-term bancassurance partner of Bangkok Bank, aims to support over a billion people across Asia to lead healthier and better lives. We value and would like to take care of Bangkok Bank customers.
