Photo Release: Unithai Group organised CSR activities to promote Buddhism and Education in Nan

The management and employees of Unithai Group led by Dr. Attasit Korchaiyapruk, Managing Director of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Ltd. and Mr. Chirapong Korkitsammakul, Head of Thailand Shipping & Logistics, United Thai Shipping Corporation Ltd. participated in corporate social responsibility activities to promote Buddhism by offering a buddha image and helped to build the temple roof for merit-making at Wat Phra Thammajarik Baan Nong Pla, Phrathat Subdistrict, Chiang Klang District, Nan. The event activities also included presenting Asana 9 pcs. for the monks at Wat Phra Thammajarik Ban Kok, Chiang Klang District, Nan. In addition, the company also donated clothes, sportswear, sports equipment and education funds to the students from three schools in Chiang Klang District, Nan which are Lions Baan Nong Pla School, Baan Kok School and Ban Sobkorn School
These CSR activities are our core mission that Unithai Group values while developing a sustainable business, community development, society, and environment to maximize the benefits to the community and disadvantaged people. The community outreach activities in Nan Province also brought about benefits for the local community and strengthened the relationship between management and employees of Unithai Group through the valuable bonding time.
