This is in recognition of its efforts and contribution to the Real Estate and Plantation Management Services sector on the African continent.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification recognises Africa Plantation Capital's remarkable achievements in terms of its continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, transparency, good corporate governance and the deployment of internationally accepted best business practices, and conforms to the precepts and values clearly set out among all the companies in the APC Group.

ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for quality management systems – the standards of which have been adhered to over the last decade by the majority of organisations around the world. There are now more than one million companies and organisations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001, and the number and scope is only increasing with greater recognition of the need to conform to high quality, responsible business practices.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus; the motivation and application of top management; the approach to processes, and the commitment to constantly improve all aspects of the organisation. The utilisation of ISO 9001:2015 helps to ensure that customers receive consistent, good quality products and services, along with the attendant commercial benefits.
"We were very keen from the outset to ensure that the ISO framework was used to bring genuine value to our clients," said Africa Plantation Capital's Business Development Director Mr Kelvin Kaloki. "The journey towards achieving ISO 9001:2015 status started for us in August 2016, but we weren't simply focused on the accreditation for the sake of it. We worked for many months before presenting ourselves to the certification agency, and we were gratified to learn that all our internal policies and processes were aligned with ISO standards."
