Dentsu Aegis Network Thailand Gets Together for “One Day for Change 2017”

          Dentsu Aegis Network Thailand (DAN Thailand) recently hosted an annual charitable project "One Day for Change" where more than 500 employees volunteered to make a difference in the community for students at Wat Rat Thammaram School, Bang Krachao, Mueang Samut Sakhon District in Samut Sakorn province under the concept of "DAN Day for Kids, Spirits for the Future."
          Mr. Vichai Suphasomboon, Non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Amornsak Sakpuaram, Country Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Wirat Wangcharoenwongse, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer brought executives and more than 500 employees to join for a day of service aiming to foster capabilities and encourage children's knowledge.
          The activity allowed children to enrich their skills ranging from arts, gardening, and technology education. The event brought joyful moments while engaging students with advanced technology that unleashed new perspectives and inspiration as well as provided students with more access to navigate the world.
          Furthermore, executives and employees of Dentsu Aegis Network together enhanced the school landscape, repaired and repainted the playground and school building, as well as renovated the Brian-based Learning area. The group also provided ducks to school to empower and revive a community sense of self-reliance and self-sufficiency economy for sustainable growth. In addition, Dentsu Aegis Network offered a scholarship along with sports equipment and educational media as part of the educational support for Thai youth.
          Dentsu Aegis Network is committed to annually launching corporate social responsibility activities. The event highlights Dentsu Aegis Network's global efforts in encouraging sustainability, with events held simultaneously in countries across Asia Pacific region. The advancement of civic engagement and making society a livable place has always been a top priority as Dentsu Aegis Network firmly upholds values of corporate social responsibility.
          This year, in particular, Dentsu Aegis Network is determined to promote positive youth development. Dentsu Aegis Network executives unceasingly strive to initiate beneficial activities to reinforce sustainable development in Thai society.
