Best Western Celebrates as 15 Asian Hotels Achieve TripAdvisor? Certificate of Excellence

          Best Western® Hotels & Resorts is celebrating after 15 of its Asian hotels were awarded the 2016 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence.
          This achievement is awarded only to those hotels that earn great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor® over the course of a year. So it is testament to the quality of accommodation and service provided by Best Western that more than a quarter of its Asian portfolio achieved this prestigious accolade.
          The awards encompassed all three of the Best Western brands currently operating in Asia – Best Western, Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier – and spanned five countries: Indonesia, Japan, The Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand.
          In Thailand alone, six Best Western hotels were awarded the TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence, including Best Western Patong Beach, which welcomed its first guests in late 2014 and therefore achieved the award in its first full year of operations.

          "To receive positive guest feedback is the greatest honor a hotel can achieve, and the fact that 15 of our Asian hotels were rated so highly is a tremendous reflection of the hard work our associates put in, day in, day out, to ensure that all our guests have a fantastic experience.
          "This year Best Western celebrates our 70th anniversary and the 15th anniversary of our arrival in Asia, and it is wonderful to see that, even after all these years, our focus on providing exemplary guest service is still as strong as ever.           The TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality and quantity of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor® over a 12-month period, and is only awarded to hotels that maintain an overall TripAdvisor® bubble rating of at least four out of five.
