British Airways has relocated its Bangkok city office to a new address. There are no retail operations from this office. Flight ticketing purchases and servicing requirements, such as change of date, and reissues and more, are handled by the British Airlines Thailand call-centre who can be reached at this toll-free number: 001-800-441-5906. The call-centre team includes officers who can provide support in both Thai and English languages.
