Maxion Wheels Receives General Motors Corporation Supplier Quality Excellence Award

Maxion Wheels ("Maxion" or the "Company") announced that its Manresa, Spain facility received the General Motors Corporation ("GM") Supplier Quality Excellence Award for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

GM instituted this new recognition award for top-performing suppliers who meet or exceed a set of rigorous criteria focusing on quality performance. "We are honored to be recognized by our valued customer GM," said Pieter Klinkers, President of Maxion's EAAP division to which the Manresa facility belongs. "All of our facilities, including Manresa, are dedicated to supplying GM and our other global customers with world-class products of the highest quality. The Company and the Manresa workforce have put forth a significant effort to make the Spanish facility a lean and competitive factory for the future and we are proud of our people and what they have achieved. I am happy to see Manresa's efforts acknowledged."
