FOREX CLUB, a leading online broker,[1] has announced that Vladimir Kozlov has been appointed CEO of FOREX CLUB's Group of Companies, effective immediately.

Kozlov joins FOREX CLUB from Quadro Capital Partners [http://www.quadrocapital.com/en ], an independent private equity manager, where he was one of the founding Directors. The company acquired a minority stake [http://www.forexclub.biz/content/forex-club-group-sells-minority-equity-stake-quadro-capital-partners ] in FOREX CLUB in March 2012 in recognition and in support of growing FOREX CLUB's position in the Russian-speaking FX and CFDs trading sector.
His appointment will continue to strengthen FOREX CLUB's business model to become a full-scale trading and investment management intermediary for retail and B2B client segments in the emerging and developed markets.
Prior to joining Quadro Capital Partners, Vladimir Kozlov was Director, Private Equity, at Troika Capital Partners, part of Troika Dialog [http://www.troika.ru/eng/About/About_Troika/About_Us.wbp ], the leading Russian investment bank. Vladimir Kozlov also spent four years as Director in Corporate Strategy at Norilsk Nickel, a global mining company, overseeing new capital expenditure and global M&A strategy. He also worked for McKinsey & Company, the leading international management consultancy, for seven years, advising clients in consumer and industrial sectors on business development and operational effectiveness issues.
Vladimir Kozlov succeeds Rafael Carrascosa, who has relinquished his role as CEO and has been appointed as Advisor to the Board of Directors of FOREX CLUB.

About Vladimir Kozlov
Vladimir Kozlov was a Director at Quadro Capital Partners, an independent investment and private equity firm from 2009. He was previously Director, Private Equity, at Troika Capital Partners, part of Troika Dialog, the leading Russian investment bank.
Prior to this Vladimir spent four years as a Director in Corporate Strategy at Norilsk Nickel, a leading mining company and the world's largest producer of nickel and palladium. In that role, Vladimir oversaw a number of strategic projects in the company, including new capex and M&A growth strategy.
From 1997 to 2004 Vladimir worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, a leading management consultancy, in Russia, Germany and Poland, where he specialized in advising clients on strategy and business development issues.
Vladimir graduated from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance and holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Finance from Brandeis University, Massachusetts (USA).
