Organized by Telecom Asia, the awards were voted from over 56 telecom analysts, consultants and high-level telco executives across Asia Pacific in recognizing Huawei’s technology innovations and contributions to the industry. “This year’s submissions were some of the best we have seen, and the response we received from our readers has been overwhelming,” said Mr. Joseph Waring, Group Editor of Telecom Asia. “As always, our readers surprised us this year with their selections across several categories and we thank them for their continued support and enthusiasm.” In receiving the awards at a ceremony held in Hong Kong recently, Mr Bill Zhang Xinyu, Huawei’s Vice President of Asia Pacific Marketing expressed honor and humility to be recognized by industry peers in the region, as well as Telecom Asia’s editorial team. Bill Zhang said winning the three awards collectively indicates that customers are recognizing Huawei as an end-to-end network solutions provider that possesses the broad expertise and deep networking technology understanding that knows what Asian operators want. “Our business strategies have always been built around our customers’ needs.
