SINGAPORE: Although nano precipitated calcium carbonate (NPCC) downstream
industries are slowing down, NPCC demand in China is not expected to shrink
sharply in 2009, according to Frost & Sullivan. The company's China Consultant

CALI, Colombia: Transtel Intermedia S.A. Monday announced that it has
extended the expiration of its (i) private offer to exchange, for each $100,000
of principal amount (excluding accrued but unpaid interest) of its outstanding
12% Senior Notes due 2016 and (ii) solicitation of consents to (a) delist the

Stock Exchange, and (b) make certain amendments to the indenture governing the
