Otis Elevator Company, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), was awarded a contract to supply and install 120 elevators for the Shunfa Jiajing Tiancheng residential complex in Hangzhou, the capital of China's Zhejiang Province. The award, by Shunfa Hengye Company, is Otis' largest ever in the coastal Province, which is home to 43 million people.

The Shunfa Jiajing Tiancheng complex will comprise 39 apartment buildings ranging from three to 27 stories in height. When completed in June, Otis will maintain the 120 units.
