Micronetic, the leader in total solution provider in Thailand is now ready to sign the contract to be a sole representative agent in Thailand with Quest Software, the world's leader in Application Management Solution to strengthen the potential in Software solution. Mr. Noppadol Punyatipat, the Managing Director of Micronetic stated that at present the company has been assigned by Quest Software to be the sole agent of Software and solution in Thailand. This collaboration will enable the company to increase it's potential in expanding the services in solution with full competency. They will achieve efficiency in various and modern ways of customer service with the new technology received from Quest Software.
"Quest Software is the leader in technological development, with fully integrated software and solutions. The market share of the company is amongst one of the five top companies in the world. Besides the various features available, Quest Software has other outstanding features, which are easy and convenient to operate, and this will enable Micronetic to use the benefits received to expand into new markets.
The collaboration with Quest Software has enabled the company to stress more on the marketing side of the solution. Initially, the company has IT infrastructure as the main service, where the profit target of the company has been set as 30 % for solution and the rest 70 % for IT infrastructure. The company foresees that in 3 - 4 years time, the proportion of these two items will move up and be almost proportionate.
The company has changed its role from that of a System Integrator to be the Solution Provider. Micronetic's customer base consists of Banks, Finance and Manufacturing Industry and that of building a network infrastructure for the Government. The business redirection to be a solution provider will continue to focus on the old customer base and also aim at a new market, the telecommunication market. This involves the sales of different management systems to companies that have large information base such as AIS, DTAC and TA ORANGE and also includes SMEs. In addition, Mr. Nophadol states that currently the company has set up 2 new teams to support the new marketing plan which consists of Consultants, who will work as a presale by understanding the clients' particular business problems and the other team is that of a professional service. The latter one will encourage the presentation of fully integrated service and will deviate from the original idea which solely focuses on each industrial needs. The company will integrate the strength of International Engineering Public Co., Ltd. or IEC, which is the head office to support the business trend in the form of a Solution Company. This will be added to the fame and business potential of Micronetic for the past 25 years.
